Belongs to Freedom Fighter's family whose members took active part
in the freedom struggle (including Quit India Movement in 1942)and
were arrested several times; worked as a Junior Engineer/Assistant
Engineer under the Department of Rural Development in Orissa
1974-1987; and always tried to devise new methods of technology
for agriculture for increasing productivity; organised rural
workers in a non-organised sector for social justice and for hike
in their daily wages; propagated self-employment methods to people
of rural and semi-urban areas
